Message	But I like the excuse of 14yr old car and the part is hard to come by. My rationale is that I've never been pulled over from the front always from behind and it just looks better without it. I asked this question a long time ago, if you have an after market front fascia with a big front opening(catfish) and were to attach it just to lower portion of the fascia so that it lays flat would that be legal?
